I have committed myself to this process,
and although paint is still unfamiliar to me,
I am navigating the trial and error of bringing my stories to life.
It is a slow and deliberate process,
taking place in the midst of a shaky and often unsteady life.
This gallery presents a chronological overview of Bohwa Kim’s paintings from her early works through 2025. It features pieces created in New Mexico between 2019 and 2024, as well as her recent works following her relocation to Wisconsin in November 2024, where she continues her artistic practice.
